The Coronavirus Ag Rapid Test Cassette (Swab) is an in vitro immunochromatographic
assay for the qualitative detection of nucleocapsid protein antigen from SARS-CoV-2 in
nasopharyngeal (NP) swab specimens directly or after the swabs have been added to viral
transport media from individuals who are suspected of COVID-19 by their healthcare
provider. It is intended to aid in the rapid diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infections.
1. Sample collection
2. Insert the test extraction tube into the workstation in this product. Make sure that the tube is standing firm and reaches the bottom of the workstation.
3. Add 0.3 mL (about 10 drops) of the sample extraction buffer into the extraction tube.
4. Insert the swab into the extraction tube which contains 0.3 mL of the extraction buffer. Roll the swab at least 6 times while pressing the head against the bottom and side of the extraction tube.
5. Leave the swab in the extraction tube for 1 minute.
6. Squeeze the tube several times with your fingers from outside of the tube to immerse the swab, then remove the swab.
(The extracted solution will be used as test sample.)
7. Fit the dropper tip on top of the extraction tube tightly.
Interpretation of the results:
Use the tube with the dropper tip to drip 4 drops of solution onto the cassette's sample well. Then wait 15 minutes to read results.

How our Test works:
The 2019-nCoV IgG/IgM Rapid Test Cassette (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) is a qualitative membrane-based immunoassay for the detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to 2019-nCoV in whole blood, serum or plasma specimens. This test consists of two components, an IgG component and an IgM component. In the IgG component, anti-human IgG is coated in IgG test line region. During testing, the specimen reacts with 2019-nCoV antigen-coated particles in the test cassette. The mixture then migrates upward on the membrane chromatographically by capillary action and reacts with the anti-human IgG in IgG test line region. If the specimen contains IgG antibodies to 2019-nCoV a colored line will appear in IgG test line region as a result of this. Similarly, anti-human IgM is coated in IgM test line region and if specimen contains IgM antibodies to 2019-nCoV, the conjugate-specimen complex reacts with anti-human IgM and a coloured line appears in IgM test line region as a result.
Therefore, if the specimen contains 2019-nCoV IgG antibodies, a colored line will appear in IgG test line region. If the specimen contains 2019-nCoV IgM antibodies, a colored line will appear in IgM test line region. If the specimen does not contain 2019-nCoV antibodies, no colored line will appear in either of the test line regions, indicating a negative result. To serve as a procedural control, a coloured line will always appear in the control line region, indicating that the proper volume of specimen has been added and membrane wicking has occurred.
What are different Antibodies:
IgG antibody indication on the test shows that the patient has manufactured this specific antibody to fight 2019-nCoV. That is important because we can test if a patient has had the virus before and have an immune response.
IgM antibody indication on the test means an active infection and the patient is currently infected,sick and contagious. This is very important as it shows what patients need to be quarantined.
We confirmed patients with positive 2019-nCoV by PCR and ran their samples against our kits. Then we took patients with out 2019-nCoV confirmed by PCR and compared them to our kits both results were very good. We have excellent numbers in Sensitivity, Specificity and Accuracy giving us a truly good product.
